In January this year, we ordered 2 beds and mattresses for our children at a cost of over £1000. The items were shown as "in stock" and available for delivery "from next day". By the time we got to the checkout, the delivery date had been changed to the end of January. Since then, there have been 4 further delays to our order and yet, on the website, the items we ordered are still being shown as being in stock and available for delivery from the next day. This is clearly untrue.I contacted the company a couple of days ago to confirm our latest delivery date and was told that the items were due to be delivered as planned (today 26th Feb). However, today I received an email telling me of a further delay until May.I appreciate there are delays in many sectors due to the impact of Covid-19, but to advertise items as in stock and available for delivery from the next day is clearly mis-selling and blatantly false advertising. I would be very sceptical of information shown on their website.I have now cancelled my order and I will be taking this up with the Advertising Standards Authority and Citizens Advice.

Bought bunkbeds from this company- delivery was expected on a Thursday evening, the delivery driver then phoned as they had run out of driving time (fair enough). Then took a few phone calls to finally get them to give me a new delivery day. Was then the Monday of the next week to which only the bunkbed arrived no mattresses. Then had to wait in the Tuesday as well for the mattresses to arrive. When building the bunkbeds one of the side bars was obviously shorter than should be and left a gap at side of the bed, also other small marks and scuffed paint which is annoying! Trying to phone the company is a nuisance and when I did leave an Emessage it was a few days for a reply when you just want someone to phone you when you state you aren’t happy! The first person I spoke to about the faulty part of the bed did give me a refund of my delivery cost and asked for photos of the problem on the bed. When I sent the photos the reply I received was that I was probably using the wrong part of the bed and that’s why their was a gap! Again after another wait for a reply they have said they will send out a new part of the bed! Bed is lovely to look at but up close it’s not great! The communication has been a let down and also very costly even trying to get them to phone you back! I would not recommend and won’t buy from again :(

Great quality - exactly like photos on website

Bought an ottoman king sized bed from furniture123, it came with all correct parts including spares. Instructions were easy to follow and the quality of material used for the bed is amazing, it looks exactly as the pictures shown.

Benjamin was beyond helpful with helping me resolve my issue! Best advisor I've spoken to, he was clear with what he was going to do, did not keep me waiting and made me laugh whilst on the call! Best experience I've had!

Poor instructions

Awful experience, instructions did not make sense what so ever!!! Not even in English!! Overal finish of the product not great. All in all over priced furniture

I recently purchased a king sized…

I recently purchased a king sized ottoman storage bed. The slates at the bottom of the bed are flimsy and keep slipping out of place. One actually broke! The piston that lifts the bed up does not stay open on its own. You need to hold it open while taking things out of storage which is both dangerous and hazardous especially if you have young children or have mobility issues. It is not mobility friendly at all. I complained and was told that there is nothing that can be done about the piston system as it’s not a fault. They offered to replace the slates. If the problem with the piston is not a fault and is a standard feature, I strongly advise you to NOT TO BUY A STORAGE BED from Furniture 123. Take your well earned money and spend it elsewhere. This was an expensive mistake. It’s a poor quality product that does not work in the way that it has been advertised.

Excellent service from Furniture 123

Excellent service from Furniture 123. Love my new dressing table. The quality is superb and it was available for collection really quickly, which suits anyone like me who wants what they buy now!!!!HOWEVER.....be mindful that the collection service is not quite so helpful. I turned up to collect my new dressing table, which was duly pushed to my car before being told "but I can't help put it in your car" Stood there in the car park with a large box weighing 50kgs, it was obvious to the young man disappearing back inside that this was going to be an impossible challenge for anyone on their own.

Good Quality

Good quality, already assembled, well packed and estimated delivery times frequently updated (good communication). The draws aren't as deep as I'd liked, but they looks great.

Product excellent quality and value

Product excellent quality and value. Furniture 123 easy to deal with. Courier a bit under best. Product did not arrive when they said. It was late but with no advance warning of late delivery. Courier needs to move into21st century and use texts and or emails to give 4 hour or 2 hour slots for delivery.

Item out of stock

Ordered a bed that was showing in stock and recieved an email confirming it will be delayed by 6 weeks. Not good enough!

I have purchased a bed for my daughter…

I have purchased a bed for my daughter with mattress. both in double size. i have received single sized mattress and contacted customer services. i have sent photos of showing mattress in different sizes than purchased. They emailed back that they want more photos of showing item in box. Mattress was only received in plastic bag, no box. i have now sent 5 emails, no reply!WE CAN NOW SEE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICES REPLIES TO REVIEWS WITHIN FEW HOURS BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS SENT DAYS AGO! DISGUSTING !
